We are seeking a talented individual for the position of OFFICE MANAGER to join our team in Macomb.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative duties are completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate should have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess the ability to multitask and prioritize duties as needed.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee and manage all administrative functions of the office including answering phones and responding to emails.
- Assist with coordinating team member schedules and responsibilities to ensure that deadlines are being met
- Prepare and send customer bills and statements.
- Take quote requests over the phone or online and provide that information to the appropriate team.
- Input quotes and information into CRM software
- Develop and maintain filing systems, both paper and electronic, ensuring that all documents are properly stored and easily accessible
- Audit team member hours and submit for payroll processing weekly
- Provide general administrative support to all team members as needed.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
- Knowledge of office management procedures and systems
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously at times when the workload is high.
- Willing to work overtime when asked

This is an in-office position.
No remote work.

We are seeking a lawn care professional to join our team.

This is a full-time position with the possibility of overtime.

This team members primary duties would include but are not limited to:

- Operating a commercial zero turn riding mower, string trimmer, leaf blower, and other various tools and equipment.

- Operating snow and ice removal equipment during the winter season. (Hours can vary depending on the timing of the weather event)

- Perform property cleanups and debris removal

- Occasional other tasks as needed.


The Summer season runs April through November. This person may service properties that are 0 - 125 miles from Macomb as needed. The work schedule would be Monday -Thursday 7:00 – 5:30. Overtime may be required. Fridays and weekends maybe required occasionally due to midweek weather events.

Qualifications that are required:

- A valid driver’s license with a clean background. (Must be insurable)

- Some experience operating a zero-turn mower and string trimmer.

- Occasional use of a push mower. (In small areas that may not be safe or practical to use a riding mower)

- Ability to drive and back up a trailer comfortably and safely.

- A love of working all day outdoors.

- Be a very independent person that is self-motivated and will complete work on time while mostly unsupervised

- Able to work quickly, efficiently and above all else, safely.

- Be proficient with a smart phone.

- Willingness to work in all types of weather.

- Maintains a positive attitude and always presents a neat and professional appearance. Must work very well with others and be able to maintain a professional relationship with customers.

- Be detail oriented and take pride in all work completed.

- A history of excellent attendance.

- Able to lift 50 lbs.


Qualifications we would prefer you have:

- 2+ years landscaping experience to include brush cleanup work, trimming, pruning, weeding, planting, edging, mulching.

- Ability to adapt to unexpected situations that can arise while working in the field.

- Ability to troubleshoot issues that may arise and take corrective actions to minimize downtime.

- Able to identify and implement cost saving measures while working in the field. An example would be assisting to plan a service route in the most efficient way to reduce fuel costs.


What we offer:

- Minimum starting pay is $23 per hour but may be more with with proven experience.

- Paid weekly.

- 5 paid holidays

- 40 hours PTO

- Paid vacation after 1 year of employment
