K&W Fueling Systems is looking for motivated individuals to join our construction and electrical team as an entry-level apprentice! This is a full-time position with competitive pay based on overall construction experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Work under the guidance of a construction/electrical foreman
• Learn job responsibilities, workflow, and safety procedures through hands-on experience and in-class training
• Support job site setup, equipment use, and general construction tasks
• Assist in installation of UST Systems to include underground piping, tanks, and containment systems

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications
(Not Required-Training Provided)
• Underground Storage Tank License
• OSHA 40-Hour Certification
• Commercial Driver’s License
• Heavy Equipment Experience

📍 K&W Fueling Systems

K&W Fueling Systems is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead fueling system construction projects. This role requires strong field leadership, hands-on construction knowledge, and the ability to successfully run and complete projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and execute construction blueprints and site plans
• Run and complete fueling system construction projects from start to finish
• Lead and coordinate field crews on daily job-site activities
• Oversee installation of USTs, underground piping, dispensers, and containment systems
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and construction regulations
• Communicate project progress, issues, and material needs with management
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman in fueling systems or underground utilities
• Strong understanding of fueling system construction practices
• UST Certification (preferred)
• OSHA 40-Hour Certification (preferred)
• CDL (a plus)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Our December employee of the month is Tony Gahimer! Tony has been with K&W for 10 years, and has filled many roles. His current role is our electrical estimator. Tony is a great employee and K&W is proud to have him as a leader and representative of the company.
In his free time, Tony enjoys spending time with his wife and grandkids, woodworking, fishing, and vacationing to Florida.

Our November employee of the month is Nick Rice! Nick has been back with us for a year now, and proven himself to be an all star employee! He is one of K&W’s service technicians out keeping the fuel stations up and running. Nick is also working on his electrical degree and we see great things in his future here at K&W!
In his free time, Nick enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and daughter, being outside with them and their dogs, doing projects around the house, and traveling when he can.

K&W October employee of the month is Steve Cloud! Steve has been a K&W employee for many years, starting as a service technician back in 2012. He has been a valuable team player, and always has an upbeat spirit. A health issue last year slowed him down a bit, but we are always impressed by the determination and dedication he puts into his work. We are happy to see Steve back out in the field!
In his free time, Steve enjoys Fantasy Football, the Pacers, tending his flower gardens, listening to music, and enjoying time with friends and loved ones.

Our September Employee of the month is Zach Thurston-Powers! Zach joined K&W a little over a year ago. He’s been a great asset to the team, and has enjoyed being part of our travel crew. Zach is a great worker and we’re glad to have him!
In his free time, Zach enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, trying new foods, and watching football.

Our August employee of the month is Mitch Sams! Mitch worked for K&W in years past, and missed us so much he returned in February. He is a great guy to have on your job site especially with his prior experience in the field. Mitch is an awesome employee and we’re glad to have him at K&W! In his free time, Mitch likes spending time with family and enjoys a good movie.
