Effective July 1, 2026, Galaxy Pro Pools LLC is implementing enhanced safety screening requirements for individuals and businesses working with our company.

The safety of the families, children, employees, customers, and communities we serve is extremely important to us. Because our work regularly brings us into residential communities, neighborhood pools, parks, and other areas where children and families may be present, we believe in taking additional precautions.

All applicable vendors, subcontractors, and personnel working on behalf of Galaxy Pro Pools LLC may be required to undergo appropriate background screening, consistent with applicable laws and contractual requirements.

Our screening and safety procedures may include checks of legally available criminal records and applicable public sex-offender and predator registries in the communities where we operate.

Galaxy Pro Pools LLC maintains ZERO TOLERANCE for child abuse, sexual abuse, exploitation, or neglect.
There is absolutely no place for the abuse or exploitation of children in our company or in the communities we serve.
These measures are being implemented to help protect:
• Our customers and their families
• Children in the communities we serve
