Last month was busy but even with the weather not cooperating we were still able to dig,
pour footers, form up and pour basement walls, rough in plumbing, and get the basement floor down. Now the fun begins. We’ll keep posting as we progress with this one.

Late as usual with a bunch of posts and pictures but i believe this camper port/shelter turned out pretty nice. 20x40x14’. We build a little different than some that you may have seen. Some of our features include 20” concrete piers, wet set brackets (to insure no rotting at ground level), added truss bracing, and hem locking ridge cap.

Another long driveway that hasn’t had much attention for quite a few years. It had some very large trenches and a lot of vegetation growth, but we were able to clear and level everything up for a very smooth finish. We were able to use our hydraulic power rake with no need for any additional rock for this job greatly reducing the cost to get a like new driveway.

With the record amounts of rain that we’ve had in the area over the past week or so it has done a number on everyone’s property, especially gravel driveways with trenches and potholes, causing issues for people. Just wanted to show some before and after pictures of what we can offer without the added cost of brand new gravel and an added haul bill. This job was completed with no additional gravel whatsoever and we were able to level things out appropriately and completely eliminate all the trenches and potholes as well as make for a smooth drive in and out of this home. Using the right materials and knowing how to instal properly are two very important factors when building. Water can be your homes worst enemy if not controlled correctly with proper flashing and framing. We did a complete demo of this front wall and reframed with all new siding (with appropriate flashing at all joints).
