🔥Team Spotlight: Tyler Daily – Project Manager 🔥
Tyler’s been with us “not since dirt was created, but since mud was new” — and we’re sure glad he has. He loves that no two days in roofing are ever the same, especially when it comes to commercial projects. The complexity, the challenge, and yes… the bigger stakes… keep him energized. And if you’ve worked with Tyler, you know one thing is true — he brings energy to every job.
So what drew him to this career? The freedom to work hard, build relationships, and create real opportunity — without being stuck behind a desk 8–5.
Outside of work, you’ll find Tyler hunting, working out, enjoying a great steak, or spending time with his wonderful bride, Nikki.
Tyler describes himself as energetic, sarcastic, and occasionally temperamental (depending on the adjuster 😉). What motivates him most? Happy customers and delivering quality work every single time.
