Our customer wanted to use floor tile that would match the time period for when this older home was built. ⚫️⚪️

Due to the limited space, we went with a zero entry shower pan as to not lose walking space by using a curb. 🚿

Shower glass was later added to the black tiled area. ✨

Downstairs remodel 👏

✅Redesigned space to help accommodate furniture and guests
✅New Vinyl flooring with matching stair treads
✅New drywall
✅Paint
✅Added trim and some crown molding around the fireplace
✅New door for AC unit
✅New stove for the fireplace
✅All new electrical with updated lighting
