When you place an order with a small business and then back out after the work has been completed, it affects more than you may realize.

Small businesses count on every order. We put our time, materials, and heart into what we create—and that income helps put food on our tables and keeps our businesses going.

Please keep it in mind when ordering. I don’t charge a deposit for booking, but I may have to start if this continues happening.

I love what I do but this is definitely one of the lows.
