This is how cabinets start here. We drill, glue, and dowell our face frames. This is an old school method that will hold better than the pocket screw method the box cabinets bought at big stores and some cabinet builders use today. This is knotty alder wood. Something most people don't think about when putting cabinets in their home. How they're built and what they're built out of. Some people doesn't put backs in cabinets,some do. Some places tell you your getting (real) wood cabinets and really you're not. Its not always about saving a little money when you're investing in your home.
