Work includes:

- Interior painting & touch-ups
- Removing any carpet/flooring still left
- Sanding & polishing floors in a few rooms
- LVP flooring if needed
- Changing/installing ceiling fans & light fixtures
- General finishing/punch-list work

PAY: $8,000–$10,000 (Paid on construction draws)
Active Solutions Empire (ASE) is looking for ONE experienced crew that can handle the entire MEP scope on a residential full rehab.
You MUST be able to perform ALL THREE trades:
HVAC
Electrical
Plumbing
If you only do one or two trades, this project is NOT for you. Please do not contact us unless your crew can complete all three scopes.
The property is ready to start IMMEDIATELY. Most demolition has already been completed, and some drywall has already been installed. The primary scope is HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
Requirements:
Current Certificate of Insurance (COI)
W-9
Valid business information
Licensed where required
Able to provide references and photos of completed work
Must be reliable and able to meet project deadlines

If you accept a job and start the project, you are expected to complete the project and scope you agreed to.
✅ Job completed = you get paid according to the agreement.
❌ Start a job, abandon it, or walk away before completion = no payout.
We do not get paid for unfinished jobs, failed inspections, or incomplete work — so we cannot pay out for work that leaves the company responsible to fix or finish the project.
Only take jobs you are confident you can complete. Know your trade, have your tools, have transportation, and communicate.
We have plenty of work and we want crews that want to grow with us, but moving forward ASE is operating with structure, accountability, and professionalism.
