I hope everyone understands where I am coming from with this post... I spent 11 1/2 years just trying to be an Apprentice in the state of Texas. Took every single extra hour to get my journeyman in 3 years 3 months. Studied and studied and studied and passed the tests. Took the RMP classes and pay for a bond and insurance every year. So when I see people with Plumbing Knowledge run game by not following the guidelines set by the ones that came before us, when they soil our trade by scabbing work from those that follow the plumbing law.... That boils my blood. I have a great trade because I respect the rules. Dont be upset when you get caught!!!

This house was built by dr horton. It's been busted since they finished the build. Another reason to not support the deregulation of plumbers. And always hire a licensed plumber.
