Hi Folks....This is an exciting part of the year! Spring is around the corner and folks are getting the itch to start checking, 🔨🔩🔧🚽🚿🛀 the home improvement projects off the list!
There are important factors when choosing a contractor or carpenter to help with your remodel or new construction projects. I am posting a very helpful link- I thought was great information to think about before, during, and after construction/remodel:

Homeowners need to ask questions to understand the process, which is encouraged!!! Please read the link below- it highlights key important facts to consider, when entering into this huge decision. One last point, as I said before, always ask questions! On the other hand- when a contractor, (who I assume has years of experience- or should anyway), suggests solutions to your design, it is because, we DO know what works best in different situations...this is where conflict can cause difficulty in resolving your project!

More often than not, clients and contractors would encounter certain problems for a project which is most of the time residential buildings. But if we thin
