Job Description - Project Manager - S**o Maine

About Us:
Minuteman Security Technologies, Inc (Minuteman) is headquartered in Andover Massachusetts and founded in 1988. We are a leading provider of enterprise security technology solutions including access control, video surveillance, emergency communications, intrusion detection systems and public safety security solutions in a wide range of verticals including law enforcement, energy sector, healthcare, academic institutions, municipalities and more. In the Maine market, Minuteman is pleased to have acquired Norris Inc in March 2020 and vastly expanded our fire alarm capabilities. We have multiple offices in New England and down the eastern seaboard.

Job Description:
Minuteman is seeking a highly organized, self-motivated individual to track jobs post-sales to completion. The ideal candidate will work with the sales team to understand the full scope of the project and should have a good sense of all steps necessary to take the project from cradle to grave. Candidate will be responsible for audit of materials, tracking labor, meeting or exceeding customer’s expectations (as defined in scope from sales) and stay in communication with the customer and our installation team to meet milestones and deadlines on time and budget. Candidate should be very comfortable multi-tasking as they will have numerous large projects to manage simultaneously. This role will report directly to the Senior Project Manager and will require a mix of office and on-site collaboration with use of a company vehicle; time management is essential. The use of multiple computer programs, apps, utilities and technologies will be required.

Requirements:
• Highly Organized
• Attentive to Detail
• Proficient in common PC programs including:
o Outlook
o Excel
o Project or equivalent
o Word
o Ability to learn in-house job tracking software
• Articulate in speech and email
• Ability to Multi-Task
• Project Management experience or degree
o Sufficient field experience in lieu of degree
• Ability to read and understand architectural plans & specifications
• Clean driving record
• Pass a background check
