After 2+ years of planning, design, scope changes, and coordination, our Noe Valley Residence was submitted to San Francisco DBI for the Building Permit last week.

We are looking forward to seeing this project start construction soon!

Construction continues to progress on our Berkeley Student Housing Project!

The project consist of 2 large voids within a cube form to create common outdoor spaces for the students.

Exterior envelope is installed and almost ready for paint, rough MEP has been installed and drywall is in progress.
