We are pleased to announce our Reno team has been awarded the Nevada Legislative Counsel Bureau Office Annex project in Carson City, Nevada. The approximately 89,000 SF, three-story facility will feature concrete tilt-up construction with panels reaching nearly 55 feet in height, granite and ACM metal panel exterior finishes, a rooftop solar system, and lightning protection, with full project completion anticipated in Summer/Fall 2027.

Our Texas offices have been incredibly busy this past month connecting with clients, giving back to the community, and celebrating our incredible team. In Houston, we partnered with our Cold Storage team to host a client lunch and learn at Haywire.

The Houston crew also took time to give back by sponsoring Generation One stepping out of the office to volunteer on campus for their End of School Carnival! Meanwhile, our Dallas office wrapped up an incredible People Week by heading out to the ballpark to cheer on the Texas Rangers.

We are proud to break ground on the new Microporous LLC advanced manufacturing facility in Danville, VA! Delivering a highly complex, clean-room environment on budget required true collaboration. 40 for 40: Our People. We spend a lot of time talking about foundations, but our strongest one is our team.

Our people aren't just a part of our culture, they actively build it every single day. This week is our Culture Month’s People Week, and for this 40 for 40 feature, we are celebrating 1,800 combined years of service from the people who build Alston. If a single person tried to accumulate 1,800 years of tenure on their own, they would have had to clock in for their first day of work in the year 226 AD.
