Nevada takes the spotlight in our series this week, spanning the Reno and Las Vegas offices.

As Mark Drahos, VP/General Manager, puts it: "Culture is what holds up over four decades in this market. It's the reason clients come back and the reason people stay."

The Nevada team's work speaks for itself. This year, they took home the CREDA Southern Nevada Chapter Spotlight Award for Ashley @ the Curve. It's clear this team builds projects that last and earn recognition.

Beyond the jobsite, the Nevada offices give back to organizations like the Nevada Children’s Cancer Foundation, University of Nevada, Reno Athletics, , American Cancer Society, Marine Toys for Tots Foundation, and Ashley for the Arts 2026.

Thank you to our 142 Alston teammates who logged over 63 million steps during our Summer Step Challenge! 👣 Congrats again to Team Stroll Patrol for taking home the win, as well as all our top steppers who received an Alston 40th branded water bottle for their dedication to the challenge. We're proud to have 75 team members across 7 departments. What we're most proud of, though, is how well we work together. We look out for one another on and off the jobsite, and that's our success.
