Finding a good plumber is really tough. I've been through more than my fair share, like 5 or 6 in under 2yrs. Peter with Armstrong is my guy! His estimates aren't always the lowest, sometimes they are (they aren't too far off though.) But he has good recommendations/advice, he says he doesn't know if he doesn't know (rare), he never makes me feel rushed when i ask a slew of questions, he's always on-time, he doesn't try to sell me things, and at least twice he's prevented me from buying something that's not the best solution for my home. Their customer service staff is also pretty stellar. The Al auto system the use to create appts is so good it's scary, you'd think you were talking to a real person. But there is an option to talk to a real person for more complex questions/situations.

At Armstrong Plumbing, we pride ourselves on having a strong, hardworking team — but never so tough that we can’t lend a helping hand (or paw) when it’s needed.

Earlier today, our plumber Hezekiah, aka "Big Hez", came across a tiny kitten in the middle of the road and quickly stepped in to rescue him. We’re happy to share that the kitten, now named “Dave,” is safe, healthy, and already winning hearts.

Dave has found his forever home with his rescuer and will soon be meeting his new big brother, Goliath. We’re thrilled for this happy ending and grateful for team members who go above and beyond — both on and off the job.
