Yesterday was one of those **busy-but-good days** at Anderson’s Plumbing! 🚰⛳️🚂

We kicked off the morning with a **BOMA Brunch & Learn**, talking about irrigation and **AB 1572** as the new requirements come into play. Staying informed on changes that impact our clients and their properties is just as important as knowing what’s happening underground. 💧

Then it was off to **Berkeley**! We arrived a little early, so naturally we squeezed in a quick detour for a miniature train ride on the **Redwood Valley Railway**. 🚂🌲 Because sometimes the best networking days need a little fun built in.

We wrapped up the day at the **East Bay CREW Sip & Swing**. ⛳️🥂 A few golf balls were hit, connections were made, and the scenery definitely stole the show—including a little fox rolling around and playing nearby 🦊 and a deer casually hanging out on the driving range. 🦌

Education ➡️ a little adventure ➡️ networking on the golf course.

Not a bad way to spend a Wednesday representing Anderson’s Plumbing and connecting with the commercial real estate community throughout Northern California.

🚨 When another industry professional calls, we're ready to answer. 🚨

We recently received an emergency referral from a local arborist company after they discovered a broken irrigation line during their work.

Our team responded quickly, located the damaged line, isolated the water by shutting off the backflow, made the area safe with caution tape and protective covering, and restored irrigation service with a temporary repair to minimize disruption.

The following morning, we returned with the proper materials to complete the repair, installed a new irrigation quick connection valve and irrigation box, backfilled the area, and documented the completed work with photos before notifying the customer.

We appreciate the trust of our fellow trades. Whether the call comes from a property manager, contractor, landscaper, or arborist, we're proud to be the plumbing partner they can count on.

Great insights at today’s ACRE Mid-Year Market Update!

The overall outlook? Cautiously optimistic.

📈 Office absorption continues to improve.
🏢 Industrial demand remains strong—especially for buildings with heavy power.
🏬 Retail is growing despite higher development costs.
🏘️ Multifamily is focused on resident retention over rent growth.

The biggest challenges heading into the next year? Insurance costs and interest rates.

One of my favorite takeaways of the day:
“Put in the hours, work smart, and communicate with your clients.” Simple advice that never goes out of style. 👏
