"Our shower didn't work for 5 years." 😳

Not a vanity project. Both bathrooms were basically non-functional when they bought the house — so they saved for 5 years to do it right.

Two bathrooms. One full transformation. 🛠️

We took a hallway bathroom and a master bathroom down to the studs and subfloor — then rebuilt both from the ground up.

Here's what went into it:
✔️ Permit-ready design + full building department coordination
✔️ New rough-in plumbing and code-compliant electrical
✔️ Brand-new shower pan and complete waterproofing
✔️ Floor-to-ceiling porcelain tile with recessed shampoo niches
✔️ Frameless glass shower doors
✔️ Subfloor repair, leveling, and new tile flooring
✔️ New vanities, lighting, exhaust fans, mirrors
✔️ ADA-compliant grab bars with in-wall blocking

The details you don't see are the ones that matter most. Proper waterproofing, a correctly sloped shower pan, real ventilation, and grab bar reinforcement built into the framing — that's the difference between a bathroom that lasts 5 years and one that lasts 25. 💪

We also future-proofed both bathrooms with dedicated outlets and relocated valves, so smart toilets can be added later without opening a single wall. 🚽
