The bio highlights a dedicated father of three daughters and a granddaughter, who inspires him to excel in life and in the construction industry. With 30 years of experience, he founded Zuri 3 Builders, named after the Swahili word for "beautiful," reflecting the women he cherishes. Driven by a desire to improve the representation of Black women in construction, he aims to mentor and develop future leaders in the field. He holds a degree in Architecture from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and has transitioned from architectural projects to construction management, eventually becoming a subject matter expert. He also earned a doctorate in I/O Psychology from Michigan State University. Committed to advocating for inclusivity and better opportunities in historically underutilized communities, he seeks support for Zuri 3 Builders to create a brighter future for the next generation.
