Please don’t choose the trim color to paint your gutters, instead choose the background color of the gutter.

Notice the gutter in photo two is two tone! Attention to detail to showcase the home and camouflage that gutter.

FULL DISCLOSURE…things I love ❤️ in our office kitchen and things that weren’t 👎🏼 such a great choice.

GLASS UPPER CABINETS- I ended up with glass that I had to ask forgiveness for $$$ (totally worth it)

FLOATING SHELVES-I love to decorate for each holiday and in between. Jeff calls it holiday barf and rarely notices when it is switched out.

APPLIANCE HIDEAWAY-Always so neat and clean with the doors closed and so easy to get to and use when needed!

CLOE TILE BACKSPLASH-I chose Cloe instead of Fireclay and I think it’s a great substitute! Saved money and got the overall look, win-win!

STAINLESS STEEL SINK-Hard water and stainless steel do NOT mix. Any tips for keeping it looking good? I’ve tried so many things 🫤 I do love the deep sink!

NO DISPOSAL-I was thinking (or should I say NOT thinking) it’s only an office kitchen and it can’t be that bad….WRONG!!! I have purchased one and looks like this crisis will be averted 🙌🏼

DISHWASHER-Oh yea you’re looking at her…the sink is always full and then there are dishes on the sink drying. It really doesn’t make sense to have a dishwasher, but I can dream!
