We are taking lumber delivery and starting framing today on the Sanchez home. This one is out on a hill top in Verde Lee with an incredible view. The house has a 1648 Sq ft. Foot print with an additional 750 Sq ft in the trusses. Allowing for 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms. Putting added sq footage into the trusses is a great way to get extra space that’s way more affordable. Check out the floor plan and elevations below in the comments.
