Freezing weather tips:
**Make sure to disconnect your garden hoses from your outdoor faucets.
**Make sure to cover your outdoor faucets
**Leave water dripping if you have a sink, or shower on the outside wall.
**Also leave the cabinet door open if you have plumbing on an exterior wall. It can help prevent the water lines from freezing.
**If you have a newer home and your water lines are in the attic, you will need to drip every faucet in your home. Make sure to drip both the hot and cold side.
**If you have a tankless water heater, and it is mounted on the outside of your home, make sure to drip a faucet somewhere in the house. Doing so will keep the water moving inside the water heater and make it harder to freeze. Also with the low volume of flow, it should not make your water heater turn on, so therefore, you are not wasting energy, just water.
**If your washing machine is on an exterior wall, then we suggest placing a small space heater in the room, or near the wall where your plumbing is. This will help heat up the wall and prevent your water lines from freezing, and also your washing machine drain.

Client wanted to convert their existing restroom at their office to an ADA compliant restroom. A little bit of jackhammering, and digging, we made it happen!

Customer had someone run over her gas meter. When all others said no, we said yes. Nobody was willing to make a repair, they wanted to replace the whole line. While that would have been the best solution, it's not always in the budget. After talking to the city we came up with a solution that works for everyone. They endured a month with no gas, after 1 phone call with us, they had their gas turned back on 48 hours later! If it's plumbing, we do it!

The customer requested an additional hose bibb in the backyard, connected to the existing sprinkler system, allowing landscapers to water plants during his travels, even when the water supply to the house is turned off.
