Just added some small but important details today to bring the back scene more to life. Still have more outlining and highlighting for the bird and flowers, another layer of paint on some leaves. Added the base of the first lamp post down the hall.

Back to it next week after a weekend off ✌️🎨🖌️

Wishing my grandma Polly a Happy Heavenly Birthday today. I've been thinking about you so much lately as my art has been picking up. You'd be so proud of this mural project I got. I wish I could tell you all about it. You always inspired me to create and perfect my skill. Some of my favorite memories are when you used to assign me art homework on the weekends as a kid. I wish I had half the textile, embroidery and sewing talent you shared; maybe I'll master that one day. Here's to you, Mama Polly. We love you, we miss you. I'd give anything for one more spunky remark.

Sneak peak of a vulnerable WIP I have right now. Just something I work on here and then to think about ya. ❤️
