It’s going to be cold this weekend 🥶 If you have heat tape on some of your water lines, make sure they are plugged in and the power is on! If you’re in a mobile home, make sure your skirting is all closed and not open anywhere. Let your water trickle over night, even leave cabinet doors open under vanity and kitchen sinks if you’ve had frozen pipes before.

Sometimes toilet replacements don’t go so smoothly. Luckily the floor was still in good shape and all was needed was a new fl**ge!

Here’s a before and after of a recent boiler job we had. The customer made a huge upgrade to an indirect water heater from a coil and added a modine heater to keep their basement warm!
