Our in-house surveying department utilizes modern GPS and Total Station equipment to perform a full range of Professional Surveying Services. RESIDENTIAL SERVICES:
Boundary and Retracement Survey - Performed to establish the property

lines and corners of your property and provide you with a survey map of same. Subdivision/Partition Survey - Performed to break up your property into seperate parcels. Elevation Certificate - Used to determine the relation of structures on your property in regard to Flood Zones (generally requested by insurance companies in regard to flood insurance rates)

Bit slow this week due to weather. Finally finishing up a Boundary Survey for the Lakeview United Methodist Church at the entrance to Riverlake. Complicated survey for such a small peice of land......but they should have thier map this week.

Elkins Randolph Airport field work FINALLY done. Finished with over 1500 shots on runway pavement and locations and invert measurements on 44 drop inlets. Finished the last 2 days of shooting..all by my lonesome with the GPS. Best purchase we could have made for this company. Amazing!!

Office all day today doing CAD work. Back to Elkiins-Randolph Airport tomorrow and Thursday to finish up that field work so I can start the CAD drawings on that job. Gonna be pulling my hair out figuring out Civil 3D for the first time. Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend and your work week is great! Peace!
