A roof can look fine from the street and still be done.

This one in Melrose had simply aged out. The homeowners went with GAF - Roofing Timberline UHDZ in Weathered Wood, Seal-A-Ridge cap, and all new GAF 960 vents. We replace vents on every job because leaks love old vents on new roofs.

Because we're GAF Master Elite certified, it's also covered by a GAF Silver Pledge warranty.

If your roof is getting up there in years, we're happy to come take a look.

MEA weekend looked a little different for a few of our guys. Some of our team traded the jobsite for the woods and spent it teaching their kids what someone once taught them. Patience, safety, respect for the woods, and how to sit still for more than five minutes.

Most of youth season happens long before anything shows up in a photo. Cold mornings, quiet hours in the stand, and a lot of whispered lessons. Seeing these pictures come in was the best part of our Monday. Proud of these parents and even more proud of these kids.

"We hired Lutgen to redo garage siding and replace two service doors. They were quick to quote the project and get it scheduled. Communication was excellent throughout the process. They did not try to upsell me and were able to match the new siding with the old that did not need replacing. Special thanks to Louie the project manager, Jake the siding foreman and Andy and crew!" says Marcus on Google

When's the last time anyone checked around your chimney?

This St. Cloud homeowner had soft, rotted decking hiding under the old shingles. We cut out the bad wood, put down new decking, and sealed the whole base with ice and water shield before a single shingle went back on. Now it's ready for years of Minnesota winters.

If you've got stains on the ceiling near your chimney, give us a call before the snow flies.
