GOODBYE, OUTDATED GARDEN TUB. HELLO, COASTAL LUXURY! 🛁

Remember when those oversized garden tubs were the must-have feature in every master bathroom? Well, times have changed… and so have bathrooms!

We're putting the finishing touches on another beautiful master bathroom renovation in the Sea Colony neighborhood of St. Augustine Beach!

This project was all about taking a dated bathroom and transforming it into a clean, modern, sophisticated retreat.

THE STAR OF THE SHOW?

We said goodbye to the old garden tub and replaced it with this gorgeous freestanding soaking tub, surrounded by stunning large-format marble-look tile.

The result? A bathroom that feels brighter, more open, and beautifully updated without sacrificing timeless elegance.

BECAUSE YOUR MASTER BATHROOM SHOULD FEEL LIKE A RETREAT, NOT A REMINDER OF 1995!

At First Coast Renovations, we design and build bathrooms that balance beauty, functionality, and the way our homeowners actually live.

Thinking about updating your master bathroom in St. Augustine or St. Johns County? Now is the perfect time to start planning your 2027 renovation!

We designed it. We built it.

500 FOLLOWERS. ZERO DANCE VIDEOS. AND NOT A SINGLE INFLUENCER IN SIGHT! 🎉

Well, would you look at that… First Coast Renovations just passed 500 followers on Instagram!

We know, we know. Some people have millions of followers. But we're a remodeling company in St. Augustine, not a Kardashian.

And we're pretty proud of our little corner of Instagram!

To everyone who follows along as we tear down walls, transform kitchens, build beautiful bathrooms, share design tips, and occasionally make a mess…

THANK YOU!

We love sharing what goes into creating beautiful homes throughout St. Augustine and St. Johns County, and we're just getting started!

Now, if we can figure out how to get 500 more followers without having to learn a TikTok dance, we'll be in great shape.

NOT ALL ROOFS ARE CREATED EQUAL!

When most homeowners think about roofing, they picture traditional asphalt shingles. But on one of our latest projects, we're taking things to a whole new level with CONCRETE ROOF TILES!

And no, we're not pouring a concrete slab on the roof!

Concrete roof tiles offer some impressive advantages:

✔️ DURABILITY – Built to withstand the elements when properly installed.

✔️ LONGEVITY – Can last significantly longer than traditional asphalt shingles.

✔️ CURB APPEAL – A distinctive, upscale appearance that complements Florida's coastal architecture.

✔️ FIRE RESISTANCE – Concrete tiles provide excellent resistance to fire.

But here's what many homeowners don't realize: Concrete tile roofing requires specialized installation techniques and a roof structure designed to support its weight.

In this video, we're taking you behind the scenes to show how these tiles are being installed and why the details matter.

At First Coast Renovations, we believe a beautiful renovation should be just as impressive behind the finished surfaces as it is from the curb.

We designed it. We built it.

📍 Proudly transforming homes throughout St. Augustine and St. Johns County.
