Owen Electric is working on the Senior Living at the Green project located in St.John’s Florida. Its an assisted living facility with 70 units and a variety of amenities including activity areas, quiet areas, courtyard and dinning. This project also includes a memory care facility with 42 units. Arroni Ramirez is the Superintendent and Zack Sopak is the PM on this project
