With 10 years experience in the flooring industry and over 15 years experience in finish carpentry, we are a local family owned company. We are licensed and insured and service St. Johns, Flagler, Duval and surrounding areas. Our company offers sales and installation of wood, laminate, and tile flooring as well as interior trim, built-ins, and stairs.

We made some progress on the bathroom last week and are starting to put things back together. We hung the Schluter wall board in the shower and sheet rock on the rest of the walls. My custom shower pan made by BUILT with FOAM came in over the weekend and will be installed this week along with finishing up the rest of the waterproofing for the shower. Here are some pictures of our current bathroom renovation. We started this job back in August, but during demo we found significant water damage on the exterior walls due to water intrusions from outside. That has all been fixed and we are back to putting this bathroom back together. We are doing a curbless shower so we had a company come out and cut out the old slab so we could repour a recessed shower pan to accommodate for the slope needed for water to drain. Only took (45) 80lb bags of concrete to fill the hole. 😅. Will post pictures of the progress.

We finished up some beams and post today that we started on last week. We also did some trim work around the windows. Still more to come on this project, but we will be taking a break from it for a little bit to start another bathroom remodel. More pictures to come of this project soon.

Happy Wednesday!! We’ve had a change in pace for the last week and have been doing some wood work on this house. So far we have done 6” tongue and groove on the ceiling and 8” ship lap and Sheetrock on the walls. We also built a small deck on the front of the house. We will be doing several other projects in the coming weeks and will post pictures of them as well.

Here are a couple of pictures of the bathroom I have been working on. Tile was finished up last week. The plumber was out at the beginning of this week to install the tub and shower fixtures (sorry I have not been out there since the plumber was there so no pictures of the tub yet). Just waiting on the marble to be installed on the shower curb and 1/2 wall behind the tub, and then the glass can be measured and installed. Getting closer to being complete.

Here are some pictures of the current project we are working on. This will be a walk in shower with a stand alone soaker tub in it. We are installing 30x60 tiles on the wall and white stone on the floor of the shower. The bathroom floor will get the same 30x60 tile as the walls.
