As we begin to enter and celebrate our 70th year in business serving the St Charles and tri-cities area we are offering our services to reflect the anniversary of our business.
We are offering our preventative maintenance service for $19.56, regularly a $65.00 value. This includes a complete check over of the door and opener and also includes lubricating all the moving parts and pivot points of your door to ensure smooth and quiet operation.
Our typical service call for repairs of your door or opener is being offered for $70.00, regularly a $125.00 value.
In addition to service discounts we are also offering $70.00 off any new door. This is in addition to any manufactuer discount that may be running and is good for any door or style.
We are also looking to give away a Liftmaster Opener that includes installation, an $875.00 value, to one of our loyal customers. Anyone who likes this post, shares this post will be entered into the drawing for the opener. Anyone who has service or work done by us before drawing will also be entered into the drawing. Multiple entries are possible. The drawing will be Fri May 1st, 2026. Be sure to like and share for 2 entries, and if you need any work done or your door checked over you can get a 3rd entry.
