TIP TUESDAY: Be careful who you hire- they may end up costing you ALOT more money than you bargained for.

The first three pictures show a toilet fl**ge we recently had to replace for a customer. The fl**ge was completely destroyed by a local flooring company while trying to pull the toilet out. They failed to notify the homeowner and forced them into a repair they weren’t expecting to have to make.

The last few pictures show a drain pipe that was drilled into 4 TIMES by a local electrician. Not only did they not tell the homeowner that they accidentally drilled the pipe, they decided to try to “fix” the pipe themselves by applying bondo over the holes.
