For over twenty years Keith has worked in higher and secondary education, community non-profits and now co-founder of Local Common Wealth. Keith is long time general contractor in southern Utah and CEO of Kelsch Construction. Keith has built over 76 homes in his career. Keith is a powerful presenter for improving optimism through greater consent in business, community and in government. A former actor in Hollywood with a Bachelor of Arts from California State University Northridge, Keith later obtained his Master of Arts from Humboldt State University and continued toward a PhD in American Studies at George Wythe University. Keith is an adjunct instructor at Dixie State University and quick to defend muckrakers, underdogs and visionary gypsies. Keith’s general goal is to improve community through better housing, improved organizational consent, and through cooperative business and social ventures without the typical central control that is prone to destroy volunteerism and vision.
