Great review from Jayne... "Alex did a great job of resurfacing our sidewalk and patio. Had a little issue with the final coat and had to come back to correct a few spots but it looks great now. If your not happy with the final results, he will take care of it for you. I give them 5 stars. Highly recommend Hi tech Coating."

How do you demo, prep, and coat thousands of square feet in just 48 hours? Like this…

This project was all about speed and precision. We did:

✔️ Full demo & removal
✔️ Grind prep, patch & joint fill
✔️ Moisture v***r barrier primer
✔️ Flake system + polyaspartic top coat

All rapid-cure products with just 15-minute working times ⏱️ — which meant our crew had to MOVE FAST to finish before the clock ran out.

For this project, the business closed Friday and doors reopened at 5am Monday. That gave us 48 hours to transform this floor from bare concrete to flawless coating.

✅Phase 1 = complete
💪 Phase 2 = coming this weekend.
