Last Friday marked a special occasion as we cut the ribbon on our new building! 🎉 We are so grateful to our community who came out to support us as we celebrated this great achievement.

Shoutout to Chris Boudrero, Annie Howell, and Doug Watts for your vision and dedication, and to Steve Collins, Project Manager, for bringing our new home to life!

This new building represents more than a new office for Watts Construction. It’s an investment in our future and our continued commitment to serving and building the community we’re proud to be part of. We’re excited for all that will be built from here!

Today we're highlighting a project we're proud to have completed earlier this year: Golf Village Phase 3 at Black Desert Resort in Ivins, Utah.

This 118,000 sq. ft. project includes three condo buildings with 102 luxury residential units. The one and two bedroom layouts each feature a full kitchen, spacious living area, and large sliding glass doors that open to a private patio with outdoor seating. The condos also offer spa amenities and community spaces for residents to enjoy.

One of the standout features of this development is its location, nestled alongside lava rock and the Black Desert Golf Course, with beautiful panoramic red rock views.

Recently we joined SouthWest Vision | Eye Care in celebrating their new office in Hurricane with a Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening! 🎉 The occasion had a great turnout from the community who enjoyed the prizes, refreshments, and exploring the new facility.

The new building is 3,781 square feet, with SouthWest Vision occupying half and the rest for a future tenant. SouthWest Vision’s office includes a beautiful, bright lobby decorated with photos of Southern Utah taken by their patients, several exam rooms, a pre-test room, offices, a break room, and an eye-catching skylight.

We’re grateful to have been part of this project and wish Southwest Vision continued success as they serve the Southern Utah community for years to come.

We’re in the final stages of our project for Stout Roofing Inc. in Fort Pierce Industrial Park.

This 27,696 SF, two story facility is coming together with a mix of office space, fabrication, storage, and warehouse areas. The structure is concrete tilt up with masonry and steel stud framing for the interior walls.

Our team is currently working on interior finishes, with flooring and paint nearly complete. The building sign was installed today, and paving is just around the corner.

We’re looking forward to bringing this project across the finish line!
