When the power goes out, your HVAC system can be vulnerable when the power comes back on. Unstable voltage can potentially damage important components like compressors, motors, and electronic controls.

Here’s what to do 👇
✔️ Turn your thermostat/system OFF during the outage
✔️ Once power is restored, wait 5–10 minutes
✔️ Turn your HVAC system back ON
✔️ If you notice unusual noises or it isn’t operating normally, turn it back OFF and give a professional a call.

Most importantly, don’t attempt electrical or HVAC repairs yourself. Stay safe and let the pros handle it. 💚
