Yes--We design custom homes! Yes--We design spec homes too! 😀

These 3 custom spec designs of ours are a new part of the Teton Island Estates Subdivision in Sugar City, Idaho.

These home designs are cost-effective and builder-friendly, keeping costs low for future homeowners, and quality high for a great growing neighborhood! The feedback we've been given are that the bedrooms and living spaces are surprisingly spacious! 🏠

Many of the designs include an Additional Dwelling Unit (ADU) as well... 😲
