Before the buildings go up, the dirt has to move.

Here’s a look at a day on the jobsite as the crew works through the early sitework for a new development. A lot of grading, digging, hauling, and good old-fashioned dirt work goes into getting a project ready for what comes next.

It's a new school year and a new chapter for Marion Local School District.

We are proud to be part of the new Middle School, providing the early sitework, concrete foundations, and asphalt that helped bring the project from the ground up.

As students and staff start the school year in their new building this week, we want to wish everyone at Marion Local a great year ahead. Thank you to Touchstone CPM, Inc. and Garmann Miller for being great partners throughout this project.

New Bremen Track is getting a fresh start. Our crew completed the tear-out of the old track and has now laid down fresh asphalt.

From clearing out the old surface to building it back up, we’re proud to see this project taking shape. More to come as we put the finishing touches on this track!

The manufacturing addition at Thieman Quality Metal Fabrication is complete!

The manufacturing addition adds nearly 24,000 square feet of production space designed to support their continued growth. While work continues on the office portion of the project, it's exciting to see this expansion taking shape.
