Martin Excavation LLC is currently seeking an Excavating Estimator.

At Martin Excavation LLC, you will play a vital role in preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for our excavation projects. This position requires a strong understanding of excavation techniques, exceptional analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities with customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Review project plans, specifications, and requirements to prepare detailed and accurate excavation estimates for commercial and residential projects.
- Analyze site conditions and identify potential challenges that may affect project costs.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to gather accurate data for estimation.
- Conduct take-offs from drawings and blueprints to quantify necessary materials, labor, and equipment.
- Create detailed proposals and presentations for clients, ensuring clarity and accuracy and over seeing projects.

Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as an estimator in the excavation, construction, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of excavation processes, materials, and equipment required for both commercial and residential projects.
- Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively and independently.
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
