We have received the prints we have been waiting for. This customer's home underwent an addition, which involved excavating beyond the existing footings. Furthermore, load-bearing beams were over-spanned without adequate support. Another contractor had previously assured the customer that the issues were insignificant, performed some work, and ultimately failed to deliver a satisfactory result. We are committed to exposing the underlying problems and providing a comprehensive solution. To achieve this, we collaborated with an architect to create a set of plans addressing the fundamental issues before proceeding with tile installation in a substantial portion of the home. The project scope includes demolishing the previously installed tile, repairing the subfloor, cutting and removing concrete around the perimeter of the basement, installing new footings and a stem wall, and placing new load-bearing posts as needed. Additionally, we will ensure proper waterproofing of the subfloor and install new tile. A tree fell on this customers home damaging the roof and gutters. We replaced some shingles, cap, drip edge as well as 2 sections of color matched seamless gutters (64' and 34'), 3 outside miters and 2 downspouts extensions.

A customer initiated construction on a tack room/washroom but was unable to complete the project due to time constraints. We assumed responsibility for the project at the point where some insulation had been installed. Our team completed the insulation, sheathed the walls and ceiling, including minor framing, installed four breakers and ran four home runs, connected all plugs and switches, and installed four 4-foot color-changing LED lights and one ceiling fan with remote control. Additionally, we installed FRP and constructed and installed a sliding barn door. As a result, the customer now has a temperature-controlled room, and the FRP will facilitate effortless cleaning. We take great pride in delivering high-quality work, paying meticulous attention to detail, as exemplified by the uniform orientation of screws on outlet covers. This commitment to detail distinguishes us from others. We are pleased to have another satisfied customer and look forward to collaborating on future projects.🇺🇸

A homeowner hired a handyman to replace their upstairs shower. However, the plumbing was not properly connected, resulting in a leak that damaged the bathroom below. The homeowner then hired another company to correct the issue. Initially, we were contracted to patch the ceiling, replace the vanity and medicine cabinet in the downstairs bathroom, and repair the ceiling in an upstairs bedroom. We successfully fixed the large hole in the ceiling, corrected subpar drywall work in the bathroom, sealed all drywall repairs, and left the area ready for painting. Additionally, we installed two 6-inch flush-mount LED lights to significantly improve lighting. We also installed a new vanity, a medicine cabinet with an LED light built into the mirror, replaced four old interior lights with new LED lights, replaced one ceiling fan, and installed two new exterior LED lights. Furthermore, we fixed a leaking toilet, textured the ceiling in an upstairs bedroom to eliminate the old, flaking surface, and provided several complimentary services, including repairing drywall upstairs, touching up numerous spots throughout the home, sealing the drywall to ensure a flawless finish when painted, fixing an entry door, cleaning the gutters, correcting faulty electrical issues, and repairing the garage siding damaged by a grill.

Customer was concerned with their main line running to their septic tank failing because of it being a fiber pipe. We removed the orangeburg pipe that was installed in the 60's and the last bit of cast that was installed in the home. Installed 30' of 6" main sewer line from the home to their septic tank. It was definitely a tough job inside the home, there was only 18" between the ground and the floor Joyce's in that part of the basement. But we got it done and gave them peace of mind for many year's to follow! Look forward to working with them on future projects! The customer eliminated a pool. Gave us a call to reduce the size of the deck and install new deck boards. After tearing into the deck we soon realized it was built very poorly and unsafe to put back together. We removed the entire frame of the deck and built them a safe deck to code. They choose to reuse the old railing, they're selling the home so that was the cheapest option. All in all it came out great! The Webster's were fantastic to work for! Look forward to future projects.
