Mondays roof was a good example of why it’s so important to hire a competent roofing contractor for your home.

The previous contractor did not install proper ventilation for this roof. There was not enough ventilation installed and it was installed improperly. Not only did it cook the roof prematurely, it also caused moisture to be held in the attic, causing buckling and warping to the sheeting.

We tore all of the old sheeting off, installed new sheeting, and properly ventilated the attic space.

If your roof has buckled in the sheeting causing shingles to pop up, you may have an inadequately ventilated attic space.

And Roof just finished putting on a new roof for us after some storm damage. Tyler was absolutely amazing and so was his crew. They got it done in a 24 hour period. I was so impressed. Beautiful weather for the end of October! Knocked out this install with Certainteed Landmark Pro. The color is Espresso. Certainteed added this color a couple of years ago in their pro line and it’s one of our favorite colors!

A beautiful standing seam metal roof finished up last week! Soffit and fascia going up today.
Once the windows and doors are in, we’ll be back to do the siding.
