🚿 Another bathroom upgrade in the books! 🔥

We’re in with another custom marble surround, and this one turned out great! 👏🏼

Our team installed a new tub/shower combo base, cleaned up and revamped the existing plumbing and drain/waste connections, and finished everything off with sleek, modern matte black fixtures for a fresh, updated look.

Once again, our friends over at Central Marble Products knocked it out of the park with a clean, beautiful surround installation! 🤝

Happy Monday, folks! 👋

A few weeks ago, we brought in some heavy iron and trenched in about 250’ of well line to get water from the well casing out to a detached shed. 💦

• Utility locates completed before digging
• Water line installed 8+ feet deep
• Water line sleeved for added protection
• Planned with future replacement in mind

While making sure we got the water line deep enough to help protect against our Minnesota deep freezes, we also sleeved the line for some added protection.

The sleeve is something you may never see once the job is done, but it can make a big difference down the road. It gives the water line another layer of protection while it’s underground, and if the line ever needs to be replaced, the old line can be pulled out and a new one pushed right through the sleeve.

At Pfannenstein Mechanical, we’re not interested in just getting the job done. We want to build it right from the start, think ahead, and leave our customers with a system they can count on for years to come.

We know nobody likes seeing their yard torn up during a project 😂, but when we’re finished, our goal is for it to look like we were never there.

A little garage plumbing underground is IN! 💪🏼🔥

This one is getting set up right from the start with everything this garage/shop will need down the road.

🚿 Bathroom with shower
🛠️ Mechanical room floor drain
🚰 Kitchen sink area
💧 Garage washtub
🚗 And a section of trench drain in the shop for those good ol’ Minnesota winter vehicle melt-offs, washing vehicles, or whatever else this shop gets used for.

We like thinking ahead and getting things done RIGHT from the start. No cutting corners, no half-assed work — just clean, quality plumbing that’s built to last.

Another underground in the books! 👊🏼

🥶🔥 Cold weather will be here before we know it… so the boys are getting ahead of it!

Up with another garage heater install! This customer wanted to be ready for those good ol’ Minnesota winters. 😂 The customer supplied their own heater, and if you’d like to provide your own unit, we’re happy to install it for you!

While we were at it, we ran a main gas line into the shed and installed a manifold feeding the garage heater and future boiler. This setup gives the customer plenty of room to add more gas equipment down the road without having to tear everything apart and start over.

Do it once. Do it right. Leave room for the future. 💪🏼

That’s how we like to do things — clean, top-notch work at an affordable cost, with the customer in mind from start to finish.

We had the opportunity to help out H & I Electric LLC. on their new shop, and man, this place is a DREAM! 🔥

Our part of the project included everything from the plumbing underground, plumbing rough-in, and final fixture setting to the mechanical room piping and all the finishing touches of the plumbing system. Done right from the ground up.

It was a fun one to be a part of, and this shop turned out NICE! We’re proud of the work and thankful we got the opportunity to help bring it all together.

It’s been a GOOD summer for us, and we couldn’t be more thankful. 🙌

A huge THANK YOU to all of our friends, family, customers, repeat customers, and everyone who has referred us to someone else. We truly couldn’t do this without each and every one of you! ❤️
