Lance Taylor Contracting

Lance Taylor Contracting Taylor Contracting, Lance Taylor, Owner Taylor Contracting is a small but highly-focused design/build construction company specializing in renovation projects.

We fly mostly under the radar and are selective about the work we take on. We do very little advertising and instead rely on referrals from past clients and word-of-mouth. We rarely only work for a client once and thrive on repeat business. We focus on one or two projects at a time so our clients get the personal attention they deserve on their project. We are a group of skilled craftsmen as oppos

ed to a large general contractor that sub-contracts most of the project to other contractors and we perform almost all of our own work. By doing our work in-house we have better control over the quality of work we perform. We can assemble a crew specifically based on a projects requirements. By keeping our crew size small and we are able to keep overhead low and pass the cost-savings on to our clients. This however does not limit our ability to perform larger projects and have performed million-dollar plus projects. Taylor Contracting and it's employees pride ourselves in our professionalism and craftsmanship. This is who we are and what we do.
