We are celebrating another successful project completion and an important milestone for our partners at Medical Arts Dental. They are now officially open and serving patients in their beautiful new Sartell facility. 🦷✨

Designed to support the continued growth of the practice, this state-of-the-art dental office features 18 treatment rooms and a modern, patient-focused environment that enhances both comfort and efficiency. The expanded space allows the Medical Arts Dental team to continue delivering the high-quality care and hometown service they have become known for throughout Central Minnesota.

Projects like this are especially rewarding because they help healthcare providers better serve their communities while creating a welcoming experience for every patient who walks through the door. We’re proud to have partnered with a team that is committed to investing in the future of dental care and the people they serve.

A new destination for dining, gathering, and recreation has officially opened in Sartell!

Three Tees Golf Social is a one-of-a-kind venue that brings together a full-service restaurant, bar, event space, outdoor patio, and a welcoming 9-hole golf course designed for players of all skill levels. What was once the former Pine Ridge Golf Course has been reimagined into a community-focused destination where friends, families, coworkers, and neighbors can connect year-round.

Three Tees offers much more than a traditional clubhouse experience. The signature menu includes foodie inspired burgers, sandwiches, and pizzas to add to a vibrant social atmosphere. Whether you're stopping in for lunch, enjoying dinner on the patio, hosting a gathering, or squeezing in a quick nine holes after work, there's something for everyone.

We're excited to celebrate the grand opening of Dave's Hot Chicken in Oak Park Heights! The photos featured here capture the excitement of the ribbon-cutting ceremony, marking the official opening of this new restaurant and the culmination of months of planning, coordination, and construction.

This new location features a convenient drive-thru and an inviting outdoor patio seating area, creating a great experience for guests whether they're dining in, grabbing a quick meal on the go, or enjoying Minnesota's warmer months outdoors.

Projects like this are always rewarding because they bring new energy, jobs, and dining options to the communities we serve. Another exciting project is officially underway in Eden Prairie.

We’re proud to announce the groundbreaking of the newest Dave's Hot Chicken location in Eden Prairie, MN. This project includes a full tenant improvement along with a 552 sq. ft. building addition designed to expand the in-house dining experience for future guests.

Located at the corner of Highway 5 and Eden Prairie Road, just south of Eden Prairie High School and adjacent to Eden Prairie Village Shopping Center, this new location will bring another high-energy dining destination to the growing community.

From preconstruction through completion, our team is focused on delivering a high-quality space that reflects the momentum and continued growth of the Dave’s Hot Chicken brand. We’re excited to partner once again on another great restaurant project and look forward to seeing this location come to life ahead of its anticipated opening at the end of July.

More Chipotle projects are underway 🌯

We’re excited to highlight the groundbreaking of two new Chipotle Mexican Grill locations, one in Menomonie, WI, and another in Cambridge, MN.

Construction in Menomonie is already moving quickly after demolition of a former Denny’s restaurant began in early April, and the Cambridge location officially kicks off this week. It’s always exciting to see these projects take shape from the ground up and continue bringing nationally recognized brands into growing communities.

In addition to these new ground-up locations, our team is also several weeks into a Chipotle Mexican Grill tenant improvement project on Plymouth Road in Minnetonka. From site work to interior buildout coordination, it’s great to see progress continuing across multiple Chipotle projects at the same time as we help prepare another location for customers in the west metro.

We’re proud to continue our partnership with Chipotle and grateful for the teams, trade partners, and field crews helping keep these projects moving forward.

From a parking lot pop-up in 2017 to more than 400 locations nationwide, it’s been incredible to watch the growth of Dave's Hot Chicken, and we’re proud to continue being part of that journey. 🔥🐔

Recently, members of the Strack leadership team traveled to Pasadena, CA for the annual Dave's Hot Chicken 2026 Development Summit, where we had the opportunity to reconnect with franchise owners, architects, vendors, and the outstanding corporate development team helping drive the brand’s continued expansion across the country.

Events like this are always valuable, not just for learning about new products, operational efficiencies, and future growth plans, but for strengthening the relationships that make successful projects possible.
