Ten Dave's Hot Chicken locations and counting 🐓🔥

Our latest build with MN Chicken officially opened its doors in Eden Prairie last Friday, 8/7, marking another milestone in this growing partnership. Opening day brought the energy this brand is known for, with guests lining up to try Nashville-style hot chicken in a brand-new space built just for them.

From our first build together to this latest opening, MN Chicken's continued trust in our team reflects just how far this partnership and the brand's presence across Minnesota have come.

This project included a full tenant improvement along with a 552 sq. ft. building addition to expand indoor dining for guests. Located at the corner of Highway 5 and Eden Prairie Road, adjacent to Eden Prairie Shopping Center, this new location brings another high-energy dining destination to the community.

The wait is over!

Congratulations to Chicken Salad Chick on the successful grand opening of their first Minnesota location in Apple Valley! Tuesday's opening was met with an incredible response, with guests lining up around the building to experience what has quickly become one of the country's fastest-growing restaurant concepts.

Known for its made-from-scratch chicken salad served in a variety of unique flavors, along with fresh sandwiches, soups, and Southern-inspired sides, Chicken Salad Chick has grown to more than 300 locations across the country. We're excited to help introduce this one-of-a-kind concept to Minnesota.

We are proud to be the partner to bring Chicken Salad Chick to Minnesota and are excited to be part of their continued growth in the Twin Cities.

Even more exciting, this is just the beginning. Construction on a second Minnesota location will be kicking off soon, and we look forward to sharing more details when the time is right.

Congratulations to Mo' Bettahs Hawaiian Style Food on the grand opening of its first Minnesota location in Burnsville. Bringing a new restaurant concept to a new market takes strong partnerships, careful planning, and quality ex*****on, and we're proud that Strack Construction had the opportunity to help make it happen.

From preconstruction through the final finishes, our team worked alongside the project partners to deliver a space that reflects the welcoming, island-inspired atmosphere Mo' Bettahs is known for. It's always rewarding to see months of hard work come to life on opening day and watch a new business begin serving the community.

Congratulations to everyone involved in bringing this project across the finish line. Exciting to see our recently completed Three Tees Golf Social project featured in an article by the Minneapolis-St Paul Business Journal! We are proud to have been involved in bringing this vision to life in the City of Sartell!

After a long debate over the future of the former city-owned Pine Ridge Golf Course in Sartell, a new venue that mixes entertainment, food and golf has opened at the site.
