🚪 Returning Quality Woodwork and new life to the beautiful home downtown St. Joe! 🪵

This project was all about the details. We take pride in restoring and finishing woodwork the right way.

This door and trim project included:

✅ Door refinishing: Stripped and sanded the existing finish, applied two coats of primer, and sprayed three finish coats for a smooth, durable finish. Sherwin Williams Gallery series paint.

✅ Custom-stained trim: Custom-made poplar trim was stained to match and sprayed with an oil-modified, water-based polyurethane for a beautiful finish and lasting protection. Thanks to Strouse Woodworking for the custom machined material.

✅ Custom molding repairs: Fabricated and matched custom shoe molding to repair and blend seamlessly with the existing woodwork.

✅ Sanded and Prepped door and window jambs for fresh paint and color match caulk.

The difference is in the preparation, the finish, and the attention to detail. Quality workmanship starts long before the final coat is applied!

Another deck brought back to life! 🏡

This project was a Trex composite re-decking — giving an existing elevated deck a completely fresh look while keeping the existing structure in place.
We replaced the worn decking with new composite decking, giving the space a clean, modern appearance that complements the home and, even better, the incredible waterfront view. Doubled the amount of framing members, straightened everything up for an incredibly stout second story deck. No movement here! The existing white aluminum and glass railing was cleaned up and retained, helping keep the finished project looking bright and cohesive.
The result is a beautiful outdoor space that’s ready for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying the view for years to come. 🌊☀️

This home was ready for a refresh, and we gave the exterior a much-needed facelift!

✅ Power washed the house, sidewalks, and driveway
✅ Removed years of stubborn algae, mildew, and staining
✅ Replaced the old vinyl shutters
✅ Touched up peeling and weathered trim paint
✅ Cleaned up the overall appearance and brought the exterior back to life

From start to finish… another project completed!

This project started with removing an overgrown hydrangea, excavating and compacting a solid base, pouring a concrete slab, and finishing with the assembly of a new SunCast storage shed.

A little planning and a lot of attention to detail turned an unused space into a clean, durable storage solution that will last for years.

Out with the old, in with the new.

Removed aging fencing and gates and replaced them with a beautiful new vinyl privacy fence system complete with walk-through and drive gates. Clean straight lines, low maintenance, and a huge improvement in appearance and functionality. This transformation completely changed the look of the property while adding value, privacy and functionality. Details matter!
