AgriPower, Inc. manufactures a broad line of “Heat Only” and “Combined Heat and Power” Waste to Energy Systems
Each System can use between 1 and 60 tons of suitable waste materials as fuel in 1 ton increments. Multiple Systems can be operated together. The maximum electric output from operating multiple Systems together is 7.5 MW (gross) and 6 MW (net).
Heat Only Systems:
The Systems’ heat energy output ranges between 500,000 and 30,000,000 BTU/hour (gross) and 400,000 to 25,000,000 (net) in 1,000,000 BTU/hour increments. Their heat energy can be produced in the form of hot water, steam or heated air.
Combined Heat & Power Only Systems:
The heat energy can be directed to heating and power applications in the ratio selected by the customer. This ratio can be changed at any time. Their electrical output ranges between 200 kW to 1.2 MW (gross) and from 150 kW to 1.0 MW (net) in 100 kW increments. Depending on their application, the electric power is generated using a screw expander generator or an Organic Rankine Cycle unit.

Our Story
We are the manufacturing and service division of AgriPower, Inc. Our company was established to design, manufacture, install and service AgriPower Systems. We offer a wide range of unique Waste-to-Energy, Heat Only and Combined Heat & Power systems. AgriPower Systems enable a wide variety of Biomass and waste products to be used as free or inexpensive fuel to produce low-cost, on-site, hot water, heated air, steam and electric power. This instead of being trucked to a landfill at significant cost.
