Over the next couple of weeks we are going to re-introduce our team that makes up The Strobl Group!!

Today we present to you, our fearless leader, Matt Strobl!! We are very fortunate to have such an honest, tenacious & the hardest working leader in the industry. He is the voice behind our motto which is: "To create a Real Estate experience that creates raving fans our of each of our clients."

When did you begin your Real Estate Career & why?

1999 (yes - last century); After going through the process of purchasing our first home, I realized I really enjoyed the process. I also felt there were areas of the process, where the level of service provided by agents could be significantly improved. I started with a mission to deliver a Real Estate Experience that creates Raving Fans out of each of our clients, by providing timely, relevant, professional information to clients as they navigated the process. Twenty-One years later that mission remains the same.

Tell us about a few of your favorite things: I am incredibly blessed to have been married to my amazing wife Julie for 22 years, and we have 3 wonderful daughters Sydney (19); Kylie (17); and Josie (13) – yes 3 teenage girls and I am still sane, although have lost most of my hair. I love them with my entire heart, and they bring an incredible amount of joy each and every day. Away from real estate I have a passion for coaching youth swimming, and I am active in coaching with the Velocity Club Swim Team and the Delano Girls High School Swim Team. My favorite hobby is certainly Golfing. I love being the first on the course in the morning and playing with friends.

What you love most about Real Estate? I still love working with my clients to act as their true agent, and not just a sales person. Since I started I have been committed to working with each client as their agent, and listening to them and looking out for their best interests throughout the entire real estate process. For most people making a move is brought about because of some type of life change, many times positive or sometimes very difficult changes. Working with each client through these life events, and having them place their trust in me to assist them in navigating these times is a responsibility I take very seriously and take great pride in.
