As our very own Jack Bridges pursues his dream of serving our country in the United States Army, weโre beginning to plan ahead for the future here at Bridges Land Management.
We could not be prouder of Jack for taking this step, and weโre equally excited for his beautiful wife, Olivia, as they prepare for whatever this next chapter may bring. They are both a very special part of the Bridges Land Management family, and while they arenโt going anywhere just yet, we know the time will eventually come when weโll have to let them spread their wings.
So, while we still get to enjoy having them here, weโre getting a head start on finding the right people to join our team. โค๏ธ

We operate a busy and diverse fleet of 25+ vehicles and approximately 50 pieces of equipment, and weโre looking for an experienced mechanic who can take ownership of diagnostics, repairs, preventative maintenance and keeping our crews moving.
Experience should include:
๐ Diesel and gas engine diagnostics and repair
๐ Medium/heavy-duty trucks
๐ Skid steers, excavators, loaders and landscape/construction equipment
๐ Hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting
๐ Preventative maintenance and inspections
๐ Diagnosing problems before ordering or replacing parts
๐ Keeping accurate service and repair records
๐ Managing parts, supplies and repair priorities
We need an experienced troubleshooter who can work independently, manage multiple priorities and determine the cause of a problem โ not simply change parts.

Olivia currently helps keep the financial side of our operation running smoothly, and weโre looking for someone with strong accounting and administrative skills to eventually step into that full-time role.
The right candidate should have:
๐ Strong QuickBooks experience โ proficiency is a must
๐ Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable experience
๐ Invoicing and payment processing
๐ Customer and vendor account management
๐ Bank and credit card reconciliations
๐ Strong organizational and computer skills
๐ Excellent attention to detail
๐ Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
๐ Professional communication skills
Both are full-time, year-round positions with an established and growing company. Competitive pay based on experience and ability.
