We’re excited to say that Bridges Land Management has officially filled our Fleet & Heavy Equipment Mechanic position! 🙌

Now we’re turning our attention to our office team, and we are looking for someone to join us in Olivia’s Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable position as she prepares for her next chapter with Jack. ❤️

Olivia is STILL HERE, we STILL LOVE HER TREMENDOUSLY, and we’re not letting her escape that easily! 😂 She’ll be here to help train and make the transition as smooth as possible.

NOW HIRING: Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Administrator
We’re looking for someone who is:

• Highly proficient in QuickBooks — this is important!
• Experienced with Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Organized, dependable and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced office
• Able to communicate well with customers, vendors and our crews
• A self-starter who can see what needs to be done and DO IT
• Ready to become part of a small office team where everybody pitches in

As our very own Jack Bridges pursues his dream of serving our country in the United States Army, we’re beginning to plan ahead for the future here at Bridges Land Management.

We could not be prouder of Jack for taking this step, and we’re equally excited for his beautiful wife, Olivia, as they prepare for whatever this next chapter may bring. They are both a very special part of the Bridges Land Management family, and while they aren’t going anywhere just yet, we know the time will eventually come when we’ll have to let them spread their wings.

𝐅𝐋𝐄𝐄𝐓 & 𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐕𝐘 𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐏𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐌𝐄𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐈𝐂
We operate a busy and diverse fleet of 25+ vehicles and approximately 50 pieces of equipment, and we’re looking for an experienced mechanic who can take ownership of diagnostics, repairs, preventative maintenance and keeping our crews moving.

Experience should include:
👉 Diesel and gas engine diagnostics and repair
👉 Medium/heavy-duty trucks
👉 Skid steers, excavators, loaders and landscape/construction equipment
👉 Hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting
👉 Preventative maintenance and inspections
👉 Diagnosing problems before ordering or replacing parts
👉 Keeping accurate service and repair records
👉 Managing parts, supplies and repair priorities

We need an experienced troubleshooter who can work independently, manage multiple priorities and determine the cause of a problem — not simply change parts.

𝐀𝐂𝐂𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐓𝐒 𝐏𝐀𝐘𝐀𝐁𝐋𝐄 / 𝐀𝐂𝐂𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐓𝐒 𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐄𝐈𝐕𝐀𝐁𝐋𝐄 𝐀𝐃𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐑
Olivia currently helps keep the financial side of our operation running smoothly, and we’re looking for someone with strong accounting and administrative skills to eventually step into that full-time role.

The right candidate should have:
👉 Strong QuickBooks experience — proficiency is a must
👉 Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable experience
👉 Invoicing and payment processing
👉 Customer and vendor account management
👉 Bank and credit card reconciliations
👉 Strong organizational and computer skills
👉 Excellent attention to detail
👉 Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
👉 Professional communication skills

Both are full-time, year-round positions with an established and growing company. Competitive pay based on experience and ability.

Most importantly, this isn’t goodbye to Jack and Olivia yet! We’re simply doing what a good business has to do — planning ahead while cheering on two people we love.
