Cold weather gives a landscaping company a minute or two to stop and think.
We just celebrated almost 30 years in business here in St. Michaels, MD. So grateful to have wonderful employees, happy clients and the opportunity to grow over the years.

Key position now open. Join our team!
We’re looking to add additional staff as we grow. We need another Landscaping Foreman.

Responsibilities include:
*You'll be supervising small teams of employees.
*Assist me with scheduling and reviewing property maintenance. You'll be preparing paperwork, purchasing products and reviewing completed jobs.
*On site responsibilities include w**ding, mulching, edging and working on lots of yard cleanups. We install plant material and keep it looking sharp with regular trimming and pruning.

Qualifications needed:
*Managing employees, Sales and estimating experience preferred.
*Must have an excellent driving record.

There’s room for advancement too. We offer on the job training with regular pay raises, profit sharing, a double matching 401k plan and vacation/holiday benefits.

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team.
Organic Lawn Care, Tick Repellent and Landscaping are our largest programs.
Responsibilities include:
* Landscaping: Assist me with scheduling and reviewing property maintenance, w**ding, mulching, trimming and more. Sales and estimating experience very helpful.
* Tick Control: Spray applicator experience helpful, but not mandatory. This piece of the job needs someone with a strong sales background.
* Lawn Care: I need a basic familiarity with fertilization, w**d control and lawn installations. The right candidate will handle customer comments, review lawns at various growth stages and schedule applicators for treatments.
* Provide general assistance to foremen and crew members and me!
* Maintain a safe, clean and positive work environment on job sites and in the office.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Sales and estimating experience
* Valid driver’s license
* Willing to train in certain areas

Leaves are really falling now. We're ready with the largest leaf vacuum on the Eastern Shore.

We are available for both small and large leaf removal services. We'll vacuum piles of leaves that you've prepared for us or we can do the entire job from start to finish.

From now until the end of the year, we have a special holiday treat for you! No equipment charges for any equipment we have on the lot. That includes: truck charges, tractor charges, and the infamous leaf vacuum itself.

Hope you'll join me, Dell Sadler and Melissa Malcolm this coming Saturday, April 1st at the St. Michaels Fire Department Flea Market. My Dad will be there too.
We're supporting the Fire Department for all the many times they respond to emergencies in our community.
I'll be there with all types of music from vinyl to cassette tapes. We have albums, 45's, and even 8-tracks. Every single piece will be priced at $1.00!

We had a special moment recently. I wanted to share it with you.

December 2022 marked the final month of our 25th year in business. We gave away prizes, free services, gift cards and donations each month. The final prize was something special!

People were invited to tell us why we should pick their favorite cause for a $500.00 donation in their name.

Joann Devigne touched our hearts with her selection of Talbot Humane.

Here's what she wrote. "My nominee to receive the $500 donation is Talbot Humane. They look after the animals and constantly try to find them forever homes. They operate on a small budget supported by grants and donations and deserve support from me and you."

Joann and I met Executive Director, Patty Quimby, with a BIG check recently. Of course the smaller (legal tender) version was presented too!

Thanks to everyone who took the time to tell us about their favorite cause. And, we're looking forward to assisting you during our 26th year of service.
