• Effectively coordinate and complete jobs
• Operate pellet spreader and herbicide spray equipment
• Operate hedge trimming equipment
• Unload and load equipment at each property
• Follow proper safety protocols while working with equipment.
• Manage equipment to ensure proper maintenance
• Promptly and respectfully communicate with customers to address their concerns, feedback and/or questions
• Adhere to schedules and routes per management direction
• During winter months, snow removal as required
