Work is underway at Quarry Park in Eagan, where our team is completing demolition, earthwork, and utility installation for the park’s revitalization.

Our scope includes storm drain tile and sewer installation, new water and sanitary services, and the removal of approximately 210 CY of demolition debris and rubble. With a compact 7,000 SF site, careful coordination is key as crews strategically excavate the building foundation and oversized column footings while maintaining space for the concrete contractor to work.

We’re proud to partner with Nor-Son Construction and the City of Eagan as they invest in improvements to the community’s public parks. After contributing to the Northview Park revitalization last year, we’re grateful to be a part of bringing new life to Quarry Park.

Friday marked Caleb’s last day with Frattalone—and while we’re sad to see him go, we’re proud of everything he accomplished this summer.

From spending time in the field and learning how solar projects come together to supporting preconstruction for two upcoming projects, Caleb Makoff gained experience on both sides of the work. More importantly, he learned that construction is not just about plans, quantities and schedules. It is also about thoughtful decision-making—knowing which challenges to push through, when to adjust and sometimes when to “sleep on it.”

Caleb, thank you for your curiosity, hard work and willingness to learn from every experience. We appreciate everything you contributed to our team and hope you leave with knowledge and relationships that will serve you well throughout your career.

Yesterday, the Frattalone team returned to Keystone Community Services for our fourth year of volunteering. Together, volunteers filled 1,037 backpacks with school supplies for local students.

Keystone’s annual School Supply Distribution Event helps ensure students begin the school year with the supplies they need to feel prepared and ready to learn. We’re grateful for another opportunity to support Keystone and make a meaningful difference for children and families in our community.

Building renewable energy infrastructure starts with the ground beneath it.

On the 641-acre Benton Solar project in Benton County, Minnesota, the Frattalone team is working to deliver the large-scale earthwork needed to prepare the site. Our scope includes nearly 200,000 cubic yards of cut-and-fill work, with crews moving close to 30,000 cubic yards of material per day at peak production.

That kind of pace takes careful planning, the right equipment and a coordinated team. Thank you to Allstates Pavement Recycling & Stabilization for supporting cement stabilization and Neaton Brothers Erosion for erosion control.

Here is a closer look at a few of our biggest crowd-pleasers that rolled through the Canadian Days parade!

We had a great time sharing some of our trucks with the community and seeing the smiles—and a few looks of awe—from kids along the route. There’s something pretty special about watching the next generation get excited about the big trucks we use every day.

There’s no better way to start your day than at Canadian Days with pancakes and neighbors!

We were proud to continue the ongoing tradition (this year marks our 14th year) of sponsoring and hosting the Annual Pancake Breakfast alongside our friends at Fra-Dor Landscape Supplies. Thank you to everyone who joined us for a great morning of food, conversation and community.
